Gail Bourgoin has been painting with oils for over 35 years.  Her fascination for portrait painting began at an early age when she discovered that capturing likenesses on canvas came natural to her.  She especially loves painting eyes and sees them as the heart and soul of the portrait.
 
The real joy, she says, is in seeing the faces of the families and loved ones when they receive the portrait.
 
Painting from photographs allows Gail to work with wet paint at her discretion, often requiring long hours.  It also permits her to improvise and perfect her smooth style, resulting in better representation of reality.
 
The paintings range in size and include all age groups and occasions, for example weddings and deceased.
 
9” x 12” = $550.00
11” x 14” = $750.00
14” x 18” = $1,250.00
16” x 20” = $1,650.00.
18” x 24” = $2,250.00

Each additional face is 60% of base price.  Framing is not included.

Terms: 1/3 of payment down, 2/3 upon completion.
